How cani place an order?

To place an order with Fairytale.pk, you will be required to:

o Shop for the items you want

o Add the items to your Shopping Bag

o Proceed to checkout

o Enter billing and shipping information

o Provide payment information

o Review and submit your order

o Check your order status


What is your EXCHANGE POLICY? 

* Any product bought fromFairytales’s online store can be exchanged from the Online Store ONLY, provided it is unused and still has the label and tag in their original state.

* For sale orders, exchanges will be provided for valid reasons onlyi.e Faulty or incorrect items delivered.

* Refunds are not in cash - the client will be issued a coupon of the same value valid for Online Store ONLY, which can be used immediately or in the future.

* Exchange Policy is only liable within 14 days after the goods are delivered.

* For international orders, we do not offer exchanges unless we deliver the incorrect order or the product is faulty.

*Fairytales does not provide exchange/refund for custom orders.


What is Exchange Procedure?

* For exchange you can contact our customer services by emailing us at Fairytalesshop.pk@gmail.com or can call us at 0092-3429863688 along with your order number.

* Customers will be required to ship the items back for exchange to the address provided by our team.

* In case of a faulty/incorrect item delivered to you, the return shipping cost will be reimbursed as an online credit voucher.

* For exchange of a non-faulty item, the customer will bear the return shipping cost along with the exchange charges guided by the team accordingly.

* Credit voucher or your desired exchange item will only be provided once the team has received your returned items.


How to do Order Cancellation?

* You may cancel your order by emailing us at Fairytalesshop.pk@gmail.com before the order has been processed

* Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

* Custom orders can only be cancelled within 3 days of order placement.

FAIRYTALES has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.


What is the expected delivery time?

We deliver within 15 days as all orders are customize  according to required size and Colour. For quick delivery whats app or call at 0092-3429863688"


How can we Track Order ?

On dispatch of your order you will be sent a shipping confirmation email with your carrier information and tracking number, be sure to check Junk/Spam folder as well.


What happens if an incorrect address is provided for the delivery?

If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package will be returned to us by the delivery agent or the unintended recipient. Please check your address carefully when placing a new order. Please also take note of the country in the provided shipping address field. To remove an outdated or incorrect address from your account, please log on to your online account. If no one is available at the delivery address to receive the products, the delivery agent will leave an “unable to deliver” note at the address and the recipient should follow the instructions on that note to arrange redelivery of the products. 

Is there a guaranteed date which I can receive my order on time?

Currently, we are unable to guarantee a delivery date. The delivery period is subjected to payment authorization, fraud screening and availability of stocks. On some occasions, we may request for some forms of payment verification or source for the best available piece within our storage locations in order to fulfil your shipment. If you need to receive the items urgently, we suggest you to contact info@Fairytales.pk. We will try our utmost to place your order on priority.

Do you offer Returns and Exchange? 

I received a defective item, what should I do?

Defective items can only be returned toFairytales Headquarters Office, subject to item being returned must be in its original condition with the original tags and tickets.
There are strictly no refunds via cash/credit card. Please note that value amount and shipping charges are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable in any form. Sale items cannot be exchanged in retail stores or via online.


I received an incorrect item, what should I do?

Incorrect item received can only be returned toFairytales.pk  Headquarters Office, subjected to item being returned in its original condition. .
